What does the 10K have to do with my post.

Because when you stated they were in a quandry, I assumed you meant for cash to continue operations. I know for a fact that there are people willing to again go the route of private placement money to fund operations.

I am happy with the BOD so what does that have to do with my post?

They did an awful PP last spring because the price was where it was. People made money. It again has nothing to do with my post that money is available and that You should stick to posting facts. They are and were looking for minimum dilution to the stockholder in my opinion.

Selling all of your shares at 2.40 was a good move at this point in time.

If it is at $5.00 on April 15th and you have not bought back in
before that date, is it still a good move?
