RIG, thx for sharing. What do you think of this one

the CEO and VP acquired one million shares each on 3/12/04 at .038

but it looked to me like they have no money and are paying for everything with shares... not a good situation. I have always thought their technology was interesting if not promising. So, why can't they get financing to get it off the ground..
