YOB, no doubt this stock is not the cup of tea for some. Certainly not a trading stock. However, in my almost 1 year of substantial research with the help of dd from a handful of others here, I understand our situation to be simple.

If folks read carefully my AAPU post 20758 and the Accel post 1016, this should clearly give the evidence of our beginnings. The same wording was provided under the previous TCG site which continues in "coming soon" status. It all boils down IMO to the tree analogy where TCG was the original tree trunk and sprouted two branches for the energy/SAB/SOT side of the operations. One branch being AAPU and the other Accel Energy. Both company branches have now matured and are about ready to come back to their beginnings since the same CEO who planted the seed is the CEO of all triangle companies with all companies doing the same thing.

The NV SOS AAPU filing shows me combined shares of all companies or at a minimum AAPU and Accel based on our math of the combined original and any r/s share structures. A couple of internet links state Accel is now in Holding Company status rather than an operating company. Who is now running the operations? IMO, TCG. What is AAPU at this point in time considering the fact the NV SOS filing shows shares? A link I spotted and copied and previously posted to the boards stated AAPU is a shell and a Form 10 was filed.

Now if folks take a quick look at the dd information in IBOX above and note AAPU's website is now in "blank form" status with TCG's in "coming soon" status while at the same time Accel's site has been gutted out to bare bones, well Bull, this wonderful story line is extremely compelling and we all are waiting for at this point in time is confirmation from the company about what we have discovered with our intensive dd.
