as I understand the situation, 500,000,000 are "authorized" not ACTUAL. actual remains 50,000,000. ceo has repeatedly given his and the board's commitment to no dilution (by public PR no less). agent has confirmed this - the actual float is still 50 mill with a portion still restricted, and a portion in the company's hands. we know of one group of investors who are committed to the stock that hold another 5-6 mill.
pay no attention to recent volume levels as any real indication of how much stock has changed hands recently (which would indicate either the complete changing hands of the entire public float OR dilution). the most likely explanation is that volume levels have been inflated by MMs with short positions (possible on pinksheets which are not under the same regulatory surveillance by the SEC as the exchanges). again the agents statements on the float confirm this.
I and others have spoken to the ceo personally and have confidence that he is telling the truth.
