I have no position here but have been watching and waiting and waiting until I felt good about an entry. I thought I may have missed the best opportunity for an entry a time or 2 but I keep asking myself this question.

Why would the company increase the A/S when they state, "The Company does not need capital of any substance. Nor do we have any fundings that could cause such a downward spiral in our stock. We do not see a need to issue any shares to dilute the current shareholder value in the foreseeable future."

Yet the A/S is now 500 million instead of 50 million.

I am sure I will get bashed for this post but I want to make it known I have never ever been compensated by anyone for making a statement about any company whatsoever.
