Didn't the company need to complete the SB2 to satisfy Dutchess as well? The Annual audited report should be interesting when it is finally released - probably March 15th or so.
A few sales here are there are nice - they need the mother lode.
Oh and SF when the preice is $.01 - $.02 is 100% and $.04 is 300% - percentages at this level are meaningless.
Most need $.20 and there will be millions and millions of stock to chew threw to get there.
