To add to Nohogs;

This company has questions as he said and it's on the cusp on being profitable and very profitable at that.
The point as to why the shareprice is so low is attributed to the issues stated by Nohogs but also because it's a OTC.BB stock. The majority of investors won't touch these stocks. We are not common investors. Cyberlux is also unknown to the investing community. If you're interested in the lighting industry, which 95% of people aren't, then you might know the name Cyberlux. Just as nobody knew who Microsoft or any established company was when they were small. It takes time for the general public to notice these stocks and, as I said before, people posting here are not the general public.
This stock was possibly naked short sold at the time of the convertible debt which means the market was flooded by sell orders that didn't exist to drive the price down. Since the SEC is doing almost nothing to stop the naked selling, companies have to fight it themselves to preserve their value which is what Cyberlux is doing. If we can get the CD and the lawsuit cleared away, we would definitely start seeing some serious appreciation.

How do you even find an OTC stock anyway? Once you start investing in one OTC stock, then you start to hear more about other OTC stocks. That's why I would like to see Cyberlux selling their products in as many industries as possible to get the name out there and alert people to the stock. Doing conference calls and newsletters is fine for the current shareholders but those don't attract new investors. And forget about those OTC alert flyers I get by the dozens each week telling me how some stock is going to go up 2500% in three months.

Cyberlux will get noticed this year,

Sloth
