Since you brought up Sarbanes Oxley, do you understand how broad and powerful it is in bringing responsibility to Companies and their CEOs?

I have been very clear on my position on Joe Monterosso...

First of all, how many times am I going to be accused of defending Joe when I have put blame on him so many times. Let me spell it out one more time. If Joe is guilty of the crimes spelled out in his complaint, I HOPE HE GOES TO JAIL FOR A LONG TIME!!! I also hope he is forced to pay back every penny he absconded from his crimes. And I wish there was a way the SEC could dig the millions out of him that shareholders lost, "in part" because of him.
