Right, JPM is still on the hook for the lawsuit. They filed for their own summary judgement hearing.

Hopefully at least that one will be denied and MOSH will still have one party on the hook.

I am sure JPM and MOSH intervenors are in talks currently.

Hopefully they can come to some agreement that saves this situation.

But they may be merely meeting to discuss the loan default and the trust's inability to fund any operations going forward.
