Vancouver, British Columbia  - July 24, 2006 - Key West Global Telecommunications Berhad (“KeyWest”) (MESDAQ) is pleased to announce that it will proceed to close the acquisition of YesTel, Inc. (“YesTel”) through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Times Telecom (USA) Inc (“Times USA”). Times USA has agreed to acquire substantially all assets of YesTel for a total of US$2.15 million – down from the initial asking price of US$2.8 million, which is expected to increase KeyWest’s revenue by US$500,000 a month.
