TIMES TELECOM ADDS 8 POINTS OF PRESENCE TO ITS GLOBAL NETWORK

Times Telecom (USA) Inc. builds a local access network to cover 169 major cities in 8 US States, further expanding its Global network to 41 PoPs in 8 countries

Los Angeles, United States - January 31, 2007 - Times Telecom (USA) Inc (“Times”), a leading provider of retail communications services and products, today announced that it has launched a significant aggressive expansion of its USA-wide network.

Specifically, Times has invested in 224 local access networks that span 169 major cities within the metropolitan areas of Dallas, Houston, Las Vegas, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, Spokane and Portland. This brings Times’ network coverage in the United States to a total of 12 Points of Presence (PoPs).

This added capacity enables the company to deliver reliable telecommunications services across North America even under extreme traffic peaks. And because the network is global in size, Times is well positioned to pass on significant cost savings to its customers, as well as provide conveniences not offered by other Telcos. Without a doubt, this latest development further strengthens its position as a leader in long distance services.

Times’ network footprint will now cover 41 PoPs across North America, Europe and Asia. With these new additions, the company will be in an even stronger position to serve as the leading focal point for long distance minutes across North America and in the global marketplace. Times’ vision is to be a major Telco player with a truly global network footprint providing superior services to our customers around the world,” said Alan Yong, CEO of Times. “Our ongoing network expansion is testimony of our commitment to bring affordable access to everyone anywhere in the world, anytime of the day.”

Times offers international telephone-to-telephone and pc-to-phone long distance services, using Internet Protocol (IP) technology in addition to its traditional switch-based network. Customers within these new cities will be able to subscribe to Times’ services such as dial up long distance services, broadband phones, chain calling, voicemail, international roaming, call home (reversed charges), follow-me number, and unified messaging. Users may sign up for Times’ services on their website, which also gives them the convenience of accessing their billing statements, call detail records and 24x7 multilingual customer support.
