I hear ya valorie, It has been but 12 short years sense I ask Jesus to forgive me and invited Him into my life so I kind of think of myself as a teen-ager spiritually. I still hunger and thirst to learn of my God and I pray that never ends. I never want to become complacent or comfortable in my need of things or knowledge of our Lord. Thats what I love so much about this Bible board. A place where we can discuss our ways of life, our needs, our thoughts of what and why we think and believe of the Bible. I know that I sometimes take things out of context when in the word but thank God I have the Holy Spirit to get me back on the right path and when that dont happen I know someone on this board will jerk a knot in my hind end and help show me the way.
For me I can sometimes be reading or thinking that scripture is saying one thing and someone on here make mention of another way or thought and back to looking and digging I must go...Now dont get me wrong...I know that the Lord speaks to us differently through each and every scripture as to what we are going through at the time. But im talking when I or anyone else get on a rant like I "sometimes" do..LOL..Who ME!... I dont want anyone to hold back on me for anything I say...If anyone on this board or anywhere thinks I have crossed a biblical line I expect them to speak up and tell me...As far as i am concerned that is that whole body of Christ thing. If we let people slide on something, thats just supporting satan is it not......Stand up..stand up for Jesus!....But as I think most of us may feel...if we are on a rant or barking or preaching from the Good Book...All is well...
However on the other hand....My mom says as a person im almost 52 going on 5....but I reckon thats a good thing..LOL..
Ok....I start nightshift tonight so I got to get supper cooked....
