I agree. This is huge news. Nobody wants preferred/restricted stock. Cash is a lot easier.

It'll never happen. That's my guess. The resultant shares will either be restricted or preferred, IMO, and don't just reply with, "Did you not read the news??" Yes, I read it, but I've been here for a while so I've seen Paivis news reports turn out to be something other than they first appear.

When it comes to Paivis, if it seems too good to be true, it most definitely is.
