Congratulations, it is obvious you finally understand the technical breakthrough that Aero has patented. Testing has shown that Aero mufflers not only reduce backpressure, ALL aftermarket mufflers do that. Aero is the only muffler in history to actually improve over a totally open pipe, no muffler at all. No other muffler ever came close to that. You are quite correct, thank you. Aero has moved the science of mufflers ahead a quantum amount. And gotten patents protecting that ability.

More than in "Theory" you are making a deal with the government. You are filing the rights to an invention or process that hasn't been done quite that way before. These rights are yours and cannot be infringed upon or copied without your permission..The same way that PTSC is sueing all that are using their bus system process. Those that are copying it and using it have to pay license fees or go to court and be sued for damages and lost revenues. No "Theory" here.
