PennyH, some here will throw out official phone numbers like the DA and tell you to call. Usually, they have never called it themselves, but they are hoping enough people on this board will actually call to get the agency or company in question wondering what is going on with all the inquiries. It's an old tactic, straight out of a now defunct (?) super hero's playbook.
