I agree with you, it seems like they are not following through on alot of things. But how long is too long? Is 4 months long enough to say that's too long? Is that unreasonable? I don't know how long it takes to negotiate a formal marketing agreement or to negotiate a contract for the disposal of nuclear waste, do you? I would say it would take some time, maybe even more that 4 months.

I agree it seems like they have not finalized any business to date. I guess it takes longer than traditional business due to security issues. I believe our expectations were set too high by the promoters. We need the equity accounting which i believe it is a done deal -I think it going to happen around Feb 14th, need uplifting who knows when- hopefully it will happen around earnings release, need numbers from Atoll, back orders, new orders - $ quoted on#'s, & guidiance. I am not too optimist for getting much on orders & guidance from talking to the company. I think because they have a poor track record of coming up with the business they talk about. So it is my view that they will not get many new buyers for at least 2more qtrs until they put the numbers up on the board and they have to be good.I would like to know what % of the business they can compete for on new plts. Since i believe the market is huge - looks like China will build 2-4 plts a yr, India 2 or more a yr. So in the coming years the world should be building 10-15 plts per yr for then next 30-40 yrs. I want to know if they have the products for these new plts. This is what people should be asking on this board. If they can get 3-4% of 2.5B of a new plt, they could have 500M of new business for each year. Unfortuaantely I looks like the shareholders will have to try to figure this out here. Unfortuantely everyone wants to talk about the management and if they are scam artist. This is a waste of time. The future is what is going to get new buyers.

Money guy...Todd is in Russia as we speak...he is back next week...so we might get an update then...

As for these negotiations..it takes time...these are multi million dollar contracts with serious health and enviromental consequences...the egyptian EA also went to Germany in Nov...yet i don t see any German company get a contract?

As for the NASD giving them the uplist...well it takes an average of 120 days..so we still have a week before we see that..and can take up to 8 months if they hit any snags...NNRF has no controll over it ...

the RTS listing...still the problem is its a repatriating of Russian assets...basicly stated Russian assets that listed on a USA exchange now trying to list on a Russian exchange...the RTS has to be clear on how TAX rules apply and exchange rules apply...its being worked out...no worries..

As for all the yapping about Nucap and remiedeation projects..first off nucap is a 3 part process..if its not completed correctly lives are at risk, not only that but they need to adapt it to a remote spray application...have you ever used an airless paint sprayer?...the damn thing clogs every 10 minutes even with premium paint..and i am not sure if these project are ready yet for the Nucap application...the fact they ve been testing it in OCT-Nov tells me they are serious about an upcoming contract.....there is no rushing anything in russia...

As for NNRF closing deals...i will wait and see...as they are working on many fronts...and Manegement on the russian side has undergone major changes to accomadate growth..i think any of these issues will be addressed soon...
