You asked the point "why would management bother with anything". That is the point, why don't they?

.......They stated on Dec.10 "NNRF expects that the installation of FEECOM/BIECOM at the selected site will begin in January 2008". We have not heard yet about anything that has happened although there is still 4 days left in January so we can be patient.

...... They stated on Dec.10 "Representatives of Korea Nuclear Industry Co. will come to Germany in January for formal meetings and to negotiate a formal marketing agreement for NNRF's shielding and encapsulation materials in the South Korean region". We have heard again about nothing happened although here again there is 4 days left in January.

EGYPT......."In October 2007 the company submitted a proposal to the Egyptian Environmental Agency for handling and disposal of Egyptian hazardous waste. To date the company has not recieved official information on the decision by the Egyptian agency to proceed with this proposal".

NASD.......4 months now and nothing yet.

Russian Trading System......"The company is reviewing the possibility of listing on a major European Stock Exchange.

My point being that this management never seems to complete a deal. Yes there seems to be many things on the table, but until they finalize something there will be no new investors in this company and the share price will continue to move down as disgruntled sharehoders get tired of waiting and feel their money can be put to use elsewhere until something of substance happens if and when it ever does.
The "pie in the sky" investors all already here and called "stuckholders" (and I am one), but new investors will require something other than "THE COMPANY IS WAITING ON A RESPONCE".
