Sounds like a good plan to me, but don’t forget that we are dealing with professional crooks that will stop at nothing to make illegal money and save their behinds. I think that with the R/S, they will weaken our stake in the company so much that they would still control a huge majority. What they will probably do after the R/S is dilute millions of new shares at a low pps and buy back (using our money) for themselves just to maintain majority control.

Look at this classic pile of garbage. It just shows how deceitful, lying, inhuman, and criminal they can be. If his words below were true, then he should be walking around with no arm and legs by now.

I would sever a limb or cancel some of my own stock if I thought it would help you or any of my family of shareholders. (Who’s pocket do you think that last private stock buyback and cancellation came out of?) When we have money, which I could use to salary myself, instead I allocate that it is to be spent hiring additional staff we need and buying tools we need, and I continue to put in massive hours for free. Not many CEO’s work without a salary, being 100% content to trust the value of the stock. Last week I put in so many hours I didn’t even seen my kids awake. I work this hard for an eventual payoff for my family, for all of JMCP, and for you individually as well. I have turned down numerous offers from people who want to buy me out intending to flush my family of shareholders down the toilet and treat JMCP as a shell. Never. It is not a shell, it is my baby and I named it after my direct ancestor, US President James Monroe. I will do everything in my power to protect my own stock and the stock of those shareholders who believed in me, including you, and heaven forbid I should ever do anything to intentionally hurt anyone who has trusted me to protect them. My faithfulness will eventually earn me a reputation that will make me far more money in the long run than an easy out now. I don’t think the public cares about the fact that my own personal resources have shrunk as I’ve been hanging in there for the payoff of two vibrant companies. Or about all of the deals I’ve turned down because they are bad for us as shareholders. Also, no, I don’t work 19 hour days regularly, only when needed. I probably average between 12 and 14, which I enjoy. I’d be bored otherwise. Calling Brian an ingrate was said out of anger. I will call Brian tomorrow to personally apologize to him.

As a rule, I avoid posting, but Brian deserved to have an apology that was here for everyone to read.

(ok, maybe not a limb!)

I wish I could help, but i'm living in germany, so its little hard for me to be on board. i dont know why, but i think, you should start acting before the R/S comes...
maybe the date of file charges can be important to protect us retrospective from the R/S...

So not much time left, i think...
