good morning everyone...
I had originally thought that i did a
thoroughly DD way back when before i
invested in JMCP...well yes pinky or not
we all have been lied to and cheated out through unfulfilled empty promises...yes they did put out a PR early spring of 2007 saying NO R/S for two years. yes they did say we would have a 10/1 F/S spilit a back in the end of summer, and yes they did say everything that they have not fulfilled to us shareholders and investors. we do have the PR's and resources to DO something
in order to stop JMCP from trying to falsify promising investors into believing something that never was intended to become a reality...thus they were deceptive, dishonest, and committed crimes -- all of them are to be held accountable. for all of them were involved on some level of this conspiracy to committ a major theft through reeling in investors with bougus lies.
I am in complete agreement that if we all
unite with one another and pool our total shares
of JMCP together that we probably can sue them
for fraud, conspiracy to steal and any other
nasty illegal duties all of these fellows
have committed. and who knows perhaps we can take over this company as a group of shareholders. i am not that well in the know of how all of this works, but am interested in doing something for the good of all of us little guys/investors in JMCP. nonetheless, i will due research in finding a lawyer who specializes in such companies IF you all want to go forth and bring a sense of justice to JMCP company. I will not try
to do this alone, so it will be up to all of
us to file a law suit against them all who are involved
through and investigation with the SEC and perhaps even the FBI
and i like who said with the IRS aginst individual parties
who try to conceal a wealth of money robbed from all of us
investors. But WE all need to contact the SEC individually.
and we all need to put a small amount of our time into doing something as a group in order to have any positive outcome.
with this said, we will have to get organized and choose a leader from here who knows the most about how to go about such a situation as this and would be willing to take on the responsibility to sum up all of our stock shares, and amount invested tally. along with all of our files of the PR's and past posts from our JMCP alleged criminals.
[i have a few PR's saved as well] i am sure that
there is something that we the shareholders can do to stop them from doing what they have been doing and to hold them accountable in the future should they try to pull this off again.
as of right now I am holding 20 millions shares of JMCP
and perhaps it might even be in all of our best interest
if we try to buy as much as JMCP stocks NOW in order to take
control over this company and hold these shares in a pool...this is just an idea!! for i have heard it done before where sharholders have taken over a company...harley davidson was one of them way back when :)
all of my suggestions here are ONLY idea's in order to try and pool ALL of our resources together, that we shareholders can mustar up.
please know that they may or may not be successful. I am willing to join in with those of you who are sincere in wanting to do something with JMCP and not just complain with empty words about our situation.
