Your correct. I think most here would be anxious about any buyout because seldom would anyone bid an amount above .25 - .30 Based on todays SP it would a be 30 percent premium above current levels. That kind of offer would leave most shareholders here deep in the red. Without proven, the price just isn't going to be right for the true value of the unproven but unrisked value we have down there.
