The EEZ has MULTIPLE Blocks. Its a huge area. There is no reason to believe ours or EEL's rights will be affected in anyway. More than likely they are setting the stage for bidding on all the other blocks; and thats assuming they even attempt to auction the blocks as opposed to making the decision that they and their Portuguse speaking partners just won't develop it themselves.
