But then again, I wonder about the wisdom of not naming the mystery green brand and details of the transaction... I will tell you this, If I had known that he could just acquire 80% of this 'mystery' green brand with newly made stock I wouldn't have even entertained the thought of loading up hoping for a breakout...
I mean that his record speaks very loudly... He recently defaulted on an obligation and ended up by court order to pay off the debt with stocks valued at .0001... Millions of them... And evidently that's not the only time stocks were used to pay off a debt (just another form of 'dilution')...
