KK's wife whom tom bought the shell off has one of the top jobs at cornell. (could someone confirm that please was it CFO) Im surprised she wouldn't let tom buy them back. They are all friends afterall.

That was discussed months ago when the CPA and lawyers determined the company had to accept the $400,000 debt. It was originally thought it could be paid off but everyone providing legal and professional advice to Tom made a mistake! That was covered months ago in a filing!
