I missed Ocipio post yesterday. That should answer questions about Tom S CURRENT commitment to SWVC and shareholders and trying to make the situation right.

That shows me that he understandsd how much of a negative effect dilution has had on the SP & presently tried to fix it but can't.

A question still would be:

How would Tom S not know that he could not pay these Legacy CD's off before we bought the GSCR shell? How could he have not assessed this MAJOR RISK before purchase of the GSCR Shell?

You have to know that or not know that.. or maybe they were hidden from him somehow..Im' not sure.
