Why was under the impression that old stuff was done a while ago!!!! And a lot of the talk about dilution NOW was from the new conv debt agreements..

So i wonder if any of those Cov debt have started to convert?

It was Tom's and KK's old garbage. Tom was NOT transparent about this, and didn't share with shareholders at what rate the CD's would be converted at. This is the biggest reason that the pps is where it is is today.

So, the old Debt (100K left) is converted at a lower rate? And the new debentures are at a higher rate? Meaning new debenture holders want or need pps to rise? I don't understand!
