Yes I know...there was a lot of speculation that it was done a long time ago...thats why I chimed up once in a while to keep people in check and alert to the fact that we didn't really know FOR SURE if it was done back then...

Like Tadaa said earlier..and if I remember correctly...the new debentures are convertable at a much higher rate.

Are you referring to the CDs which are convertible OVER .10?

So i wonder if any of those Cov debt have started to convert?

I think we'd notice if we were over .10 already... it'll happen, imo, but we aren't there - yet.
