Sid, Since you live in San Diego, why don't you set up a meeting with JH and Ray at NV headquarters and talk to them? They are more that willing to meet with shareholders. That would certainly ease your current frustration. And by the way, you have not lost anything, until you sell.

Hello (post, post)

I am here in San Diego and the word is real good. Its been good for some time. The prototype is nearing completion and the telcos are anxious to begin working with it. Propp, now due to his confidence in our tech. is speaking out and will continue to do so with more in depth information. I was not pleased to see the going concern in the 10k. I understand why it got there in contrast to our expectation that it would not exsist. Nevertheless I believe NV made the right decision under the circumstances. And any private placement shares will be locked up for a year. Raises were due and the wages are drawn over a years time. The next couple months hold the events we've been waiting for and I am excited and look forward to them. We are invested in a dynamic business, decisions are made all the time that can affect performance of future events. As the past is our guide, this has happened. But upon closer inspection the events we anticipated changed with proper justification. Those who look with skepticism about our future will call that poor choices were made. I have not seen this at all. I see a company rising from the ashes of a OTC company shell to become a real communications company aligning themselves with suscessful individuals in the industry and utilizing all their resources to bring their primary goal to fruition. They have kept the course and the fruits of their labors are about to be realised. In this day and market climate, that is a large accomplishment. The best is yet to come. As to the skeptics, if you can't handle the heat, get out of the kitchen. Good luck to all.
Mike

Sidhaman, your posting was somewhat vague. What I got out of it was that because you are in San Diego,
you have been able to solicit local information about NVEI from individuals who give you the "word"
about the company which is not favorable. If this is a fair reading of what you wrote, I, for one, would certainly appreciate some amplification as to the
inner details of your warning. As it stands now,
(and while I appreciate your time and effort to obain whatever information you've gathered and to share its general slant with us), if there's a truck bearing down on us, I'd sure like a heads-up and the skinny! More information, please. TIA. PS - have you spoken with JH about this?

Sid,

You are unfortunately correct. I, too, live in La Jolla not far from our esteemed CEO.

Those of us who have been in this a looooooooooong time ren't happy because we see the same old management doing the same old things.

The poster who doesn't want to respond to me can hide his head in the sand, PHD and all. But it doesn't make any of this money grab right.

No businessman, I mean no businessman worth anything takes such a high salary or worse yet increases his minions salary by such an outrageous amount when the company is in such financial straights. It just doesn't happen nor should it.
