EZ, To answer your question directly, I would have applied for permits as soon as I have working drawings completed and the project within budget as permits are expensive . With that being said, I would suggest you dump your stock if your that unhappy with the compay or John in a whole and look for a faster paced investment. I don't see how complaining about a stock to a group of fellow investors gets any thing done. Heres a thought, keep buying the stock at the low price to lower you position cost to be able to sale the stock with a smaller loss if you do not believe we have a product worth investing in. IMO ONLY.
