VFIN on the ask probably means negotiations with Cornell on the payoff of their Convertible Preferred are not proceeding swimmingly.

Have yet to speak with company officials but the volume yesterday smells like a Cornell dump.

This could be an expensive "I told you so". Company now owes the street an explanation of the material change in circumstance that led to this. The 1/15/08 date from last month's 8K has passed
