do we have concrete evidence that dillution occured?

I won't believe it until proven by by filings

1) dont companies have 2 business days to file these things?
2) MNTY is not required to file anything at this point.
3) i really dont think that was dilution last week...it woulda shown up somewhere like the charts.
4) still hoping for a dollar
