The share structure is very low here, but there were people posting that that they had confirmed as late as a few days ago that it still stood at 7.5 million shares outstanding and this was clearly false. The idea that 4.5 million shares have been added to the float also explains the recent action in the stock and it's volume added to the fact that a few people were flipping it during it's moves up and down from .01 to .03. The implication was that NITE was shorting the stock and that was likely just a lot of garbage.
It's an interesting play, however and I have been watching it. I just think people should know the truth about any stock in which they invest or choose to trade. I agree that the current share structure is low compared to most pinks. It is just considerably higher on a percentage basis than what people were saying it was, including one or more that said it was confirmed by the CEO himself.
All of this just goes to prove that you can rarely believe anything you read on a message board. Do your own DD because others out there may be trying to sway you with false information in order to take your money.
