hi sterling, ya know all appreciate your fine input plus updates.

so where i made a correction should i add this to the federal vs public company?

RE:
Jim6103, with that SRSR “Federal” observation…

Your thoughts are greatly appreciated on that matter. Here is the history as to why I thought what I posted was considered federal.

This was a post I made back on 7 Nov 07 when SRSR was at .0005 per share:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=24371701

That was a conversation I had with the Canadian Government officials at the Mines and Minerals Division for Ontario from the parent link below…
http://www.mndm.gov.on.ca/mndm/mines/default_e.asp

…that is used to get to the $4.7 Billion Niobium valuation confirmation link below:
http://www.geologyontario.mndm.gov.on.ca/mndmfiles/pub/data/imaging/S034/S034.pDf?expires=20080101121211&secretname=mndm&id=&ticket=d5aeaf78e186faddff1744e8f7b92535&f=d.exe
(See page 34 as what was mentioned in the PR.)

When I spoke to the Mines and Minerals Division for Ontario over the phone, I do recall that one of the things that the lady told me was that if it is mentioned within their website, consider it to be real and confirmed by the Canadian Government.

On the top of page 34 where it reads “GULF MINERALS CANADA LIMITED” is indicating that the info on that page was federally authenticated, but was done so by a private company.

I guess the most proper way of saying that would have been to say “federally authenticated” through the service of a private company called GULF MINERALS CANADA LIMITED as opposed to saying that GULF MINERALS CANADA LIMITED is a Federal company. Thanks for that correction.

stervc.....Good to hear from you and thanks for the very detailed explanation. I am sure that you know one heck of a lot more about the Ontario governement's position on the properties that they have on file than I as I have never talked to anyone in the agency.

I still don't know what is meant by "federally authenticated" in your statement:
"When I spoke to the Mines and Minerals Division for Ontario over the phone, I do recall that one of the things that the lady told me was that if it is mentioned within their website, consider it to be real and confirmed by the Canadian Government. Is the amount of resource "authenticated" or just the fact that the data that indicates the resource was done by a credible source (qualified person) and that the data that was presented to them at the time (1950') is authentic and the same data that was presented to them.

I find it a real stretch that the Division of Mines and Minerals in Ontario would authenticate a resource amount. I do really appreciate the time and effort that you have put into this endeavor and would hate to have some sharp basher to come along and beat this into the ground.

I personally believe that the source of the data from Gulf Minerals and the data itself has been verified as "authentic" without a authenticity valdation by the agency on the size of the resource. If I am wrong, I will do cartwheels and dance on the ceiling.

The only way for this resource to be credible to the investing community and other potential candidates for a jv partnership will be the proving up of these reserves and that involves drilling holes in the 600X800X600 property that meets the very succinct details of a 43-101. . My guess is that they are making plans now to send a geological team to the site and start the process.

Keep up the stellar work....Jim
