Wow, that's awesome. Guess that answers my question about the state of the industry. Thanks for the update. Good luck!

Sorry Groinhertz,

You have been wrong for a long time on this one. I have decided to spend some of my well designed gains on SLS on English lessons.

If this sorry thing had not got delisted, I could refer you back to many of my posts predicting that SLS would drop to $.20 per share, or go out of business all together. I think that it is ultimately going BK, but I wanted to close the position out for convienence sake.

I always enjoyed the attacks that you and others placed on those that were skeptical of this stock, myself included. I had no idea that you were actually long this stock. I just thought that many of you were Baystar shorts. I hope you do not have hard feelings about me shorting into your average down attemts. It wasn't personal, it was just easy money.

Anyway, I will spend some time working on proper sentence structure and you may want to learn how to conduct due diligence. Start with the effects that the C preferred shares can have on common stock values for sls/siti/slsz sharholders.

Later,

Arch

Dear Keith G. Hertz,

I am hardly a newcomer to the stock. After all, you I and others disagreed on a very frequent if not daily basis before the stock moved to the pinks on the yahoo board. You countered my opinion on the going concern letter, the effective interest rate on the receivables financing, and other key issues. We both presented views and beliefs about slsz that took strongly opposite postions. With the benefit of history behind us, we now know that neither of our forcasts for this stock were exactly dead on.

My early forecasts for the stock to drop to 20 pennies per share proved to be rather optimistic. After the stock price performance proved wrong I also missed another prediction of bankruptcy protection filing by end of year 2007. However, I did make good money on this stock and I would consider getting long if there was a compeling reason to do so.

Over the past years, I have always enjoyed the spirited debates. Have a successful show and enjoy yourself out there.

Stan
