I understand but people have to realize that there are in some cases extrenuating circumstances that prohibit companies from meeting deadlines. The problem in this case (and almost every case) is a bunch of very fickle investors who stomp their feet when things don't go their way. I'm going to play off their mistakes and if the 22nd comes by and half the people here start to dump then I'll be here to scoop them up. If not to hold then just to flip as I am already happy with my position in this stock.
New to the board, hold quite afew shares. I'd have to agree with you. Saying on or before the 22nd means exactly that they need to come thru, or they will lose the trust of the holders. IMO
