I agree with you Kenco. They have even resorted to filing lawsuits against shareholders that call them on the carpet. What was it 2001 or 2002 when they named me in a lawsuit? That didn't last too long when they found out I had the means and the tenacity to fight back.
I'm really curious at the status of the purported deal. Has anyone talked to Summit directly?
The way it appears to me is that Summit was approached but there is a funding company in the middle. Does anyone know who the funding company is and have they been contacted for comment?
I find it VERY hard to believe that any company would fund/back this company without audited financials. It's actually unfathomable.
Kenco, have you seen the discontent over at OMOG, oops OOAG at the current reverse split?
