In your case, 50 day MA (1.13) is about crossing below 200 day MA (1.12), usually it is a bad sign, I wouldn't hold it. Of course, if it is the opposite - crossing above, that's a Golden Cross.

Death Cross means nothing in this down market with this stock, if I had it I would hold , if ya sell this one may as well sell all of them imo
