In my strong opinion it is legit, to transparent so far, not even the share structure is gagged like most of the pinkies, even though we don't like the increase, is public greatly displayed on their website, I really like that, shows confidence nothing to hide, there is a set date for closing, which is something really serious from the legal point of view, put out on a PR, the PPS is where it is today because of people doubting and fearing the worst, not because of company doing wrongful business, or putting out fluff PRs, every week, I don't want freaking Mickey Mouse PRs that all they do is destroy credibility, give HCPC till the 22nd amigo then we'll talk, I am believing for great news, you can believe otherwise after that we'll all know for sure.
