They must have been very confident to announce a closing date in advance. Not the typical way solid companies do it. The latter announce it afterwards when all is done.

Looks rather like a pump scheme at this stage, PR and selling shares into the hype followed up by nothing. Who else could have sold all those shares recently and why ? At least it stopped again.

"company has arranged a funding commitment ..." No idea what this means exactly. Has this ever discussed here seriously ? Does it mean something significant ? A contract ?

We will see here soon. Still holding it. Doesn't make sense to leave now which is the reason why there is almost no volume today. Nobody can get out now, too late. You will make money here soon or lose it all.

This is a lottery game, never was anything else I guess.

All of my home loan locks were structured with these 2 clauses:

1. If Fed lowers rate, I get lower rate as well. If fed ups rate, my rate is still locked at the lock price at time of lock.

2. I can extend my lock for up to 60 days if necessary.
