That is doubtful. I've never heard of a loan delay because the Fed "might" cut rates. This deal is under a time is of the essence contract. It is in everyones best interest to get it closed as soon as possible. I'm sure the people that are borrowing the money are as anxious to see it closed as anyone here is.
