They are not manufacturing reactors. They are simply re-using old ones that were built for all of the other announced projects over the past seven years. You know, the ones that were ready to turn tires, junk cars, etc. into biodiesel. The same ones that were going to fire the vidalia electric plant, the same ones that were going to be used by all of the various bio-diesel arrangements announced that have never materialized. It's the same ones.
You must be thinking about that press release a couple of years ago projecting a hundred or so reactors being manufactured. By the way, that press release, like all of the others were just too overlyoptimistic.
They are not building reactors, they are just moving the same old ones around, promising new uses for them and projecting big things that never seem to materialize.
