I've heard yet...this is the same basic info that I got
from Mr. Ulrich, it became clear to me that this date
yesterday was just a proceedural issue with the Trustee's
but I was confused as to the details. It's trading
at basic valuation when you divide the assest by the units.
Personally, with a blockbuster decission coming at any time
I'm holding for the time being, despite the fact that we
won't likely see ANYthing until next week.
I can't imagine that it will be very easy to get in once
that ruling comes down.

PS...from my point of view, the BONUS of a big judgement
would be GREAT, but what I'd be HAPPY with is a return of
the royalties and a MGP that will pay us what we have coming
in the future.
I'd clear enough for a new set of sails...no body sez I have
to FLY down to Aruba.
