This company is not current with the SEC on all filings so they must communicate through 8ks and filings currently. However they are active with the SEC through filings and are currently in the process of getting current on all filings.

There was an 8k on December 3rd 2006 released at 1:22pm The purpose of this 8k was not to show the company barrowing money as usual but it showed how the company disposed of most its debt. It was great news.

BTW this is all in the IBOX above this board. I am still baffled how people can be on a chat board for months and months and never read up the ibox or about the companies they chat about.
