No when I am lied to the lying party should take full accountability for those lies. And if those people telling those lies are not held accountable then they will continue to lie. That is why there are standards in the United States of America. If there were no standards and anyone could say or do whatever they wanted without repurcussions then the country would disintegrate into anarchy. imho

To say that a company can say or do whatever they please even if it is misleading to investor and then put all the blame on the investor without penalizing the company is ludicrous.
