IMO ANYONE who purchases a penny stock should be aware of the high risk/reward ratio.Sometimes, things happen that cause delays or plans to be pushed back.I do not know that this is the case with RGNO.I do believe we must wait until we get the facts and understand how those facts will affect shareholders short and long term.Whether it was to provide a better life for new marriage or better retirement for some I believe you and not company are responsible for your buying or selling actions.If news comes out in next week or two and the stock moves upward will you continue to blame company because it took a little longer than you could wait...IMO news will be coming out this month and if you understand the news you receive you will blame yourself not company for your lack of patience.
