Camelbox, I was not saying anything about this being what is taking place as far as EFFC selling is concerned. Simply saying,since pink sheets are mentioned, then it seems the rule does apply to pink sheets. Pink sheets are not very well monitored but there are still rules that apply.
Camelbox, good observation! I tried to bring on the issue about the new mm's here a couple of times but nobody really did like to discuss this.
Don't forget VERT in your count. They were the single biggest mm in november and december in EFFC. All the while we went down heavily. Go figure. AUTO seems gone for good for now and I will look closely what CGFL is doing. So far today at least they are not selling but the day is young.

BUT, "one single offering" (a prospectus) can be simultaneously issued to multiple requesting private investors, or a unified group of them, but NOT offered publicly simply ISSUED privately; and then, they can each individually buy some or all up to the total but not exceeding as a combined amount the total in the prospectus.
