Linda only filled out the paperwork as mentioned on that fidelity link. Every officer fills out 144 paperwork for every company. Being that we are an otcbb company this info is all transparent unlike pinks.

FYI 144 filings not only are used to register to sell shares at a later date at a 1% of the outstanding every 90 days I might add. It can also be used to transfer shares to family members gifts,etc........
