According to past "Order resetting trial" documents it looks like 4 months is the normal amount of time from when this document is presented to the trial date.

But who knows the judge has also said this case needs to be expedited.

We can always call Walter Bucko (Court Coordinator) at [phone] to find out how long it would take to go to trial. He is the guy to ask...

Please excuse my ignorance I have never been to court. Does setting the trial docket mean a trial date will be set at the hearing on Wednesday?
