Hopefully they will install a 'voice-prompt' phone answering system. That will help weed out all the annoying calls requesting the SAME info OVER & OVER again. You'd think we deserve to be present at every meeting they have to give our 2-cents worth, eh? Let them do their job for god's sake. I have a good habit of just going 'click' with the receiver to annoying calls. Dates/time periods have been given - allow them to meet those dates, alright? Geesh...RTB
