The thing I am wondering about is how start-up manager deals with programs that will re-initialize themselves on start-up. I have a pesky one that deals with nvidea display drivers.

I can take it out of start-up, but every time I re-boot, its back.

start-up manager didn't like this, and came up with a message about it.

Hey, we're running a PC. There will always be something.
