They have not gotten off the ask in a while - they did just one other day this week for a brief time when the big volume and new MM's showed up on the bid . . . be interesting to see if bid gets hit here again. For what it is worth ARCA# on bid now has been one of two MM's that have pushed in the past! They also came with other big boys on Wednesday.
Vert is serving the ask at .01----The rest are "out to lunch" and take turns at the #1 serving spot, as they see fit, amongst themselves. Sometimes multiple mm's will serve at the same time (all at the same price) If they are not in the lead position, they are not serving. (except through the lead mm) Usually, whomever is in the lead, has the best price to offer.
